It’s true! We’ve hired a new team member! (now Jess isn’t the one and only gal in the office!) Meet BlackOut Design’s newest Graphic Designer, Rachel! A native of Northeast PA, she is a graduate of Marywood University with a BFA in Graphic Design. A big fan of street art and typography centered pieces, her favorite program is Illustrator. When she’s not designing, she’s writing reviews on her website The Modest Advantage which was born out of her love of music.
