What’s your favorite app?

From full page pop up ads to unnecessary push notifications, there are lots of reasons mobile apps can be frustrating. But when a recent brainstorming session here at the BlackOut Design office turned to talk of apps, it was easy for us to identify our favorites. Quick loading time, ease of use and uniqueness were just some of the reasons these made our top 7.

Discover, explore, reserve and manage restaurant reservations.

Phil:

Flip Board
Filled with stories, photos and videos on any interest, it’s a single place to keep up
with your world.

Jess:

Sleep Cycle
An intelligent alarm clock that analyzes your sleep.

Rachel:

Uber
Sit back, relax, and go anywhere you want.

Megan:

Waze
Join drivers in your area who share real-time traffic & road info to save time, gas money, and improve daily commuting.
