Position: Graphic Design

Summary: BlackOut Design, Inc a full service design and marketing agency is looking for candidates for a design position. A successful candidate will be a self starter who is interested in exploring a career in an agency atmosphere. Strong organizational skills and the ability to take direction are critical.

This position will work directly under the creative director and responsibilities will include:

Print design and layout
Web design and layout

Knowledge of the following:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Acrobat (PDF Processing)
Quark Express

The following skills are preferred but not required:

Fundamentals of HTML
Experience with Dreamweaver
Familiarity with Digital Cameras/Photography

Position: Marketing/Sales
Location: Scranton, PA
Summary: BlackOut Design, Inc is regional advertising agency that produces innovative designs for print, web and new media. Our offices are located in Scranton, PA serving PA, NY, and NJ.

We are looking for an energetic sales person who is able to deal with a high stress fast paced environment. They should be familiar with print and web services or have the eagerness to learn about the business. The candidate should be able to generate interest in our brand but also be interested in developing brand awareness for our clients.

Responsibilities would include dealing with clients, presenting services to potential clients, and managing BlackOut Design, Inc's brand.
