Main Street Scranton Logo Design

Main Street Scranton is a volunteer-driven initiative, coordinated by Scranton Tomorrow, to preserve Scranton’s historic character while facilitating development efforts.

Organizers needed a logo that spoke to Scranton's rich history while capturing the energy and excitement that surrounds the project. Touching on elements of Scranton's nickname "The Electric City," the BlackOut-designed logo also illustrates the Main Street initiative's spirit of revitalization.

As part of its overall approach to developing the downtown area, Main Street Scranton plans to provide anchor building and façade improvement grants. Look for the BlackOut logo wherever volunteers are refreshing and reenergizing Downtown Scranton.
