The Institute for Public Policy and Economic Development project encompasses three websites – a central site for the Institute itself along with sites for its Lackawanna County Housing Coalition and Luzerne County Housing Partnership. Each site carries specific regional housing information and features a distinctive design palette but, together, they maintain a consistent message and interface. To further extend the reach of the Institute’s message, we also provided a wiki and blog to open lines of communication between homeowners, potential homeowners and Institute staff.
