Phil has 10 years experience in the print and web design industry. He’s been with BlackOut Design for 4 years as Art Director, previously lending his skill as a freelance designer and occasionally overseeing larger projects before coming back to Scranton.
In the evenings he teaches part time at Marywood University. It’s a fantastic new experience every semester he returns. The best part being the interaction with young designers and artists, and being able to pass his years of experience on to them.
