Wayne Pike Workforce Alliance, the Community Education Council of Wayne and Pike Counties is founded on the concepts of community and collaboration. When this organization came to BlackOut Design, we knew that this was a project we’d jump at the chance to tackle! As part of a vibrant and growing community, both our organization and the Alliance believe in enhancing business and educational partnerships throughout the area. With a dynamic, informative and useful website, BlackOut Design is helping the Alliance to fulfill its mission.
