BlackOut Design’s Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting project workflow by maintaining internal organizational tools, facilitating collaboration among team members and developing content for the agency as well as its diverse portfolio of clients. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will compile and report on trends and opportunities.

In this role, the Marketing Specialist:

Primary Responsibilities

Assists the agency team as a support system

  • Assists with management and maintenance of CRM system
  • Assists with the maintenance and upkeep of Basecamp tasks for staff

Manages content creation and curation for the agency and clients

  • Crafts social media editorial calendar and content for BlackOut Design and clients
  • Implements any marketing activities to ultimately build brand awareness
  • Creates Content Documents and Visio’s for website projects
  • Prepares analytics on client campaigns
  • Prepares, edits or collaborates on copy writing for various projects

Represents BlackOut Design in the community and with clients in a professional and responsible manner.

  • Provides support for events and activities coordinated by BlackOut Design
